Entrance to the park constitutes permission for the management of this park to photograph anyone while on the premises and to use those pictures or any submitted for photo contests for any lawful purpose without written permission or compensation to the individual. By entering this park, each person agrees to abide by each written or expressed rule & policy of this park. Guests assume all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in the rustic outdoor environment, including specifically, but not exclusively, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions and agrees that this park and it's owners and staff are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from such cases. By entering the fun zone area, each person assumes all risks and dangers and agrees to hold the park, owners and staff harmless of any liability. |
