Entrance to the park constitutes permission for the management of this park to photograph anyone while on the premises and to use those pictures or any submitted for photo contests for any lawful purpose without written permission or compensation to the individual.
By entering this park, each person agrees to abide by each written or expressed rule & policy of this park. Guests assume all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in the rustic outdoor environment, including specifically, but not exclusively, the danger of
being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions and agrees that this park and it's owners and staff are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting
from such cases.
                                               By entering the fun zone area, each person assumes all risks and dangers and agrees to hold the park, owners and staff harmless of any liability.

Rates are for one family, one camping unit & up to 2 vehicles per site per night.  
Family is two adults & two dependant children (17 and younger) or four adults.
Therefore, there is an additional fee for each extra child or adult per site per night.
All Rates are subject to change without
notice.
1. A credit/debit card is necessary at the time of reservation.  Most reservations
can be held with only 1/2 down (holidays, Halloween's, 4-night frenzy, 7-night
special, 50% off sales and cabins require payment in full and are
non-refundable).
2. Cabin Security deposits: Valid ID and Valid VISA, MASTER CARD OR
DISCOVER CARD required upon arrival to be used for cleaning, damages or
other charges that may occur during rental. (you will not be able to check in
without these)
3.CANCELLATIONS:
Campsite cancellations made 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival will
receive full refund(minus $25 administration. fee)
Campsite cancellations made 13 days or less  prior to scheduled arrival will
receive no refunds or credit.
No credits or refunds given for the following cancellations: Cabins, Holidays,
Halloweens, 4-night frenzy, 7-night special & 50% off sales.
Camping is a privilege not a necessity, therefore, no credit or refunds given due to
inclement weather, family emergencies, illness, schedule changes, personal reasons, etc.
Other campers are turned away so that we may hold a site for you. Therefore, we must
enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances this includes No Shows and
early check-outs. This park is privately owner and as such, management reserves the right to
remove anyone or revoke privileges for any reason at any time.
