ARRIVALS

Early arrivals or late departures depends on availability of site & prepaid flat fee of $5 per hour may apply.
NO EARLY ARRIVALS in CABINS (No cabin check-ins after 9 p.m.)

WRISTBANDS
|
We are one of several Jellystone Parks who requires wristbands to be worn.
EVERYONE* WILL be required to wear wristband during entire stay. (*Campers, overnight visitors, AND day visitors!)
|
FIREWOOD
|
Firewood must be purchased at park. Do NOT bring wood from home.
DNR discourages transportation of firewood because bugs and tree diseases that are transported in firewood can kill our precious trees.
|
CONDUCT
|
Our park is family-oriented and appropriate conduct and language is required at all times. Quiet times: 11 P.M. - 7 A.M.
|
RATES
|
All Rates are based on up to 2 adults & 2 children (under 18) per site or cabin. Must be 21 to rent a site or cabin.
|
VISITORS
|
(Please be sure your visitors know these rules in advance.)
-All Visitors may NOT enter park prior to 9 A.M. or after 7 P.M.
-All Visitors must register at store PRIOR to entering the park!
-Day Visitors must exit park by 9 P.M.
-Overnight Visitors must exit park by 11 A.M. on scheduled day

TENTS
|
Only ONE sleeping unit per site. (This means no extra tents at campsites or cabins!)
|
PROHIBITED
|
Clotheslines, chainsaws, electric heaters, fireworks, anything that may be considered a weapon, illegal drugs,any motorized vehicles
(incl. children's cars & scooters). Golf carts limited to seasonal campers only. No more than 2 vehicles per site.

PETS
|
No pets in or around cabins! Please keep pets leashed, supervised, & cleaned up after at all times. No aggressive breeds or excessive barking!
To prevent overheating & irritability: Pets may not be tied up outside for more than 1/2 hour during a 1 hour period.

REQUESTS
|
We will make every effort to reserve the site or cabin you request; however, we can not guarantee any specific site or cabin.
|
MIN. STAY
|
ALL stays require a 2 night minimum except for holidays, which are a 3 night minimum. (Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day.)
|
DEPOSITS
|
-Most Reservations can be held with 1/2 of site reservation total (which usually equals 1 night). Holiday Stays require payment in FULL at reservation.
-CABIN SECURITY DEPOSITS: Rather than charge an additional upfront fee, we simply ask for valid Visa or Mastercard information to hold
for cleaning, damages, or other charges that may be incurred during rental. Present vaid card & i.d. at check-in.

PAYMENT
|
-No checks accepted for store purchases, site payments, etc.
-Store purchases & Campsite payments accepted via Visa, Mastercard, or Cash.
-Cabin payments accepted via Visa or Mastercard ONLY. No cash for cabin payment. Cabin rate subject to PA tax.
-Credit card IS charged at time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
|
-No shows are considered a cancellation after 11 A.M. next day.
-Cancellations received for any holiday period or less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive no refunds or credit.
-Cancellations received 15 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will receive credit for another stay of equal value at this location during 2008.
**Credit expires after current camping season and you may only reschedule once.**

REFUNDS
|
Camping is a privilege not a necessity; therefore, no credit or refunds given due to inclement weather, family emergencies, illness, schedule changes,
personal reasons, etc. This includes no shows and early check outs. This park is PRIVATELY OWNED and as such, management reserves the right
to remove anyone for any reason at anytime.
