You may check-in from 2pm to 8pm Sunday through Thursday and 2pm to 9pm on Friday and Saturday. There are no check-ins after 10pm (the beginning of quiet hours) under any circumstances. It is unfair to our Guests who are already on-site and checked in. If you believe you will arrive later than 10pm, you should plan to arrive the following morning.


All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds, rainchecks, or reservation transfers for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the check-in date. There are no refunds on Holiday Weekends, Rental Units/Cabins or Special rates. You must contact the property for cancellations. For the purpose of cancellation, scheduled check-in is 2pm on the reservation arrival date.


There are no service charges for making a change to your reservation. Additional money due because of a site change to a different site type is due immediately upon the requested change so the change can be processed. You must contact the property for any changes to your reservation.


The maximum number of people on any site, other than group sites, is six (6). That number includes registered campers and their visitors/guests.


A payment of 100% of the reservation fee must be made at the time of booking. Online and phone reservations are paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing RMS/MCPS and Cozy Creek Family Campground to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.


Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Never swim alone. Children under 13 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is no substitute for adequate supervision. Swim only during posted hours. DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL AND SWIM. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself and all members of your party with swimming area rules and abiding those rules. You can be restricted from the swimming areas if, in the opinion of Cozy Creek Family Campground staff, you are acting in a way that is dangerous for you or other guests. 


Get help as soon as possible. Yell for help, call 911, and notify campground staff. Most cell phones work on the campground. Our physical address is 30 Vacation Lane, Tunkhannock, PA 18657. Give the site number or location in the campground where the emergency is so that we can find you quickly. Please contact someone at the campground as well so the gates can be opened! There is an AED located beside the back door of the registration office/store.


The rules for our pet campers are for their safety as well as the safety of our human campers. Vaccination status MUST be current. You MUST be able to provide proof of Rabies vaccination upon arrival – tags do NOT count as proof. Dogs must be licensed. Dogs must be leashed. There is a dog park where our dog campers can stretch their legs and socialize. The dog park is the only area where they do not need to be leashed. Dogs may not be left unattended anywhere on the campground, including their site. No dogs allowed in the pool areas. You must clean up your dog(s)’ waste and dispose of it properly (bag it and throw it in the dumpster). Pet campers MUST be friendly. Dogs may not bark continuously or you may be asked to leave. Although it isn’t a rule, every pet should have a tag with their name and your cell number on it so they can be reunited with you if they become lost. We love pets and we want their vacation to be as good as yours. Please see our pet policy on the website for further clarification. 


Sites are based upon two adults or two adults and their minor dependant children.
Additionals Adults (over 2): $11/person/night;
Additional children (over 4): $5/person/night (except for holidays);
Grandparent/senior citizens: $5/person/night (except for holidays).
Extra tents are $15.00/tent/night with a max of one extra tent per site. There is a limit of 6 visitors/guests maximum gathering per site. If you have more than 6 people in your party please request a neighboring site.


By making your reservation, you agree to familiarize yourself and everyone camping with or visiting you (henceforth referred to as “party”) of the same. You agree, on behalf of yourself and your party, to abide by the same. In the event of your failure, or the failure of any member of your party, to abide by the rules and regulations of Cozy Creek Family Campground, LLC, you and your party may be immediately removed from the campground without a refund of fees paid. Entrance to Cozy Creek Family Campground constitutes permission for management of the campground to photograph anyone while on the premesis and to use those pictures for any lawful purpose without written permission or compensation to the individual.
